The House on Pritz

We are a family with littles and we especially appreciated how baby-proofed the house was. We had everything we needed! Our kids especially enjoyed the bunk beds! All the fantastic restaurants Dayton had to offer were right up the street. I will always stay with Ian when visiting.

My stay was great. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The atmosphere made it easy to relax and feel at home, and everything I needed was available. The host was helpful and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in town to visit my sister — it was fortunate that the house was within a 7-minute drive. The general area seems very safe. The house itself is nice and quiet. Kitchen is well stocked as far as utensils, dishes, and flatware. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! Easy check-in, clean, had everything needed, very responsive hosts. The house is located in a great area — very quiet, multiple places to shop and eat nearby, close to college and a good commute to the base. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a month and was very comfortable! Fairly bare bones, but a good location and a lot of space for the price! Host was very responsive and instructions were clear. No complaints at all!

The area was quiet. Location was the best quality for me — the commute to work and my son's school was very short. The host was very quick to respond with any needs or concerns. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.

The house comfortably met our needs as a family of 3. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. It is an older house with some character. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Ian was very responsible and flexible when our plans changed. He was easy to get ahold of and got back quickly.

Was a good place to stay while transitioning to a new area and new job.
